Courtney & Jim… had their dream day the way they were hoping for. Courtney told me “the most important for me is family and the ceremony” so, they set the ceremony time around our sunset.
At first I was worried as we did not had much time for photos, but Courtney told me “family family family…” and that’s what I did. I focus on
their ceremony and family and their wedding was lovely, warm and had a family feeling.

I was thinking about a title for this article and first thing came in my mind was “perfect”. And I’m talking to myself “perfect sounds too… common… too standard… somehow flat”. And I’m thinking and thinking and I can’t get any other word in my mind. Amy & Marc, my bride and groom, just visited me for a peek-a-boo to their photos and I ask them to tell me quick a word to describe their wedding. The answer came in a second “Perfect!” So, is decided, this title will be for this wedding.
El Pescador is in my top 5 favorites resorts from Ambergris Caye. And I’m not going wrong if I call it perfect!
Saturday was the perfect day for a wedding and Amy & Marc were blessed with an amazing weather. Intimate & simple, their wedding was tons of fun! Yes… so much fun that sometimes I had to stop and laugh about the little details. I’m smiling now while I’m blogging, just remembering moments from this wedding.
Carlos Barrientos was the hairdresser & Makeup artist and did a fabulous job. Iraida & Kristi Gonzalez were the wedding coordinators and everything was the way should always be. Spiro family, the owners of El Pescador attended the wedding and were the witnesses. And the happiness of my bride & groom can be seen in all their photos!

El Pescador is definitely one of the finest resorts from the entire island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. If you’ll ever visit it, you’ll have the feeling that you found your home in Paradise. Amazing amazing place!
This Wedding was only my second in this location, but an amazing experience and I really hope to go back soon…
When I heard that the wedding party will have 7 kids and 4 adults I thought “Here come trouble! I need to do something about this”. Is usually chaos before wedding with so many kids so… I give them an assignment. “One day before wedding I spoke with the oldest and had him in charge to create an “Just Married” sign and the major condition was that all the kids have to work on it by the time I arrive.
Was quiet the entire time and they had so much fun! Because 4 of the kids belong to my bride and groom, the “Just Married” sign become an important detail of the Wedding Day.
