Wedding Code Color: Black! Sea Wedding at Cayo Espanto, Belize

This wedding was completely different than everything I ever photographed! Tanya & Frank, a couple I loved.

First words in my mind when I’m thinking about this wedding are “Laid back” & “different”. This is all I can say. A good different!

Last minute change of plans… and they decided to a sunrise wedding, right on the Caribbean sea. The sunrise was spectacular!

After the ceremony on the sea, we went back at the villa and had some fun around! I love Cayo Espanto and everything is all about pamper!

I won’t waist your time with chatting, I just want you to enjoy their first photos!

Wedding with Style at Cayo Espanto

I am extremely excited when I hear that my bride and groom have classics outfits: white dress, black toxedo. Even before to see how they’ll look,. I just now will be perfect. And when I saw the red roses… those were the icing on the cake for me.

I’m not a red roses fanatic, but in this combination were from far my favorites.

When I meet my bride & groom 1 day before their wedding, just to see how they are, I knew we’ll have a perfect connection and I’ll also knew that I might have some of my favorites photos all time. And, it happened.

Michelle (my bride) told me that she saw the photos I did to the previous wedding and loved them very much. That was the reason she pick the same cabana and same spot for their ceremony. What she didn’t know is that I’m not doing 2 weddings the same :)))) So, even if is the exact same  location, their photos are completely different and I adjust the entire photoshoot after their personality!

Michelle, Joe, was a real honor to shoot your wedding! Thank you!

Enjoy! (if you want to see the photos larger, please go on my main website and under Weddings at… CAYO ESPANTO, you’ll see them.

Perfect Caribbean island wedding at Cayo Espanto

“Experience secluded, ultra-chic elegance in the sand at Cayo Espanto. Our tropical private paradise is the perfect backdrop for your special memories.

Nowhere on earth will you find a more ideal place to say, “I do”…”

This is what Cayo Espanto tell us about their weddings and I can’t agree more.

Katya and Robin decide to get married in the last minute, on their way in Belize… They had a dream wedding, a wedding that can be the dream of most of us.

Our team, Glenda, the manager of the island, took care of all the little details that are making all the difference, Carlos (the makeup artist and hairdresser) did an outstanding job, and I did my best to capture their day.

Because nobody knew that they’ll get married, right next day after their wedding I did an Wedding Announcement card so they could send it to all their friends and family.

Katya & Robin, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making me the honor to photograph your wedding!

Enjoy!

Vacation Photography at Cayo Espanto

Cayo Espanto is a luxury private island in Belize… an island make you dream about the best from life…

I won’t waist your time making you read , but long story-short, Cayo Espanto is a place need to be your Bucket List Places to visit at least once in your lifetime. Is a place that impresses me all the time I’m going with the simplicity & luxury combined perfect.

Anyway, my friends I meet last year at the same resort,  came back with their families and we meet at Cayo Espanto… I was so happy!

When I reach, everyone just start lunch… they wanted me to capture the spirit of the day and this is what I did.

In the morning, some of them went fishing and capture a humongous fish so this is what they had for lunch. Fish, fresh tropical fruits and many other belizean traditional food. Was simple food, but in same time I feel it very different. Start from the way was displayed, the fantastic setting, the perfect breeze… everything was perfect. After lunch, kids had some fun around the villas, in the pool, of course and one of a sudden everyone decide to go snorkel at Shark Ray Alley. Doesn’t have any sens to tell you how fantastic Belize waters are… but you’ll see it on the photos.

After snorkel, the island staff wait for us with drinks and wet towels to refresh and everyone went to chill. They forced me to put my camera down and join them for dinner… which was one of the best experiences I ever had.

I will keep most of the photos privates for my clients only, but I’ll display few just to have an idea how can be your day here.

Enjoy!
